Saltimbocca alla romana

Saltimbocca alla Romana is a main dish with meat typical of Lazio region. It is cooked with sliver of veal, Parma ham, and sage and it is very quick. the name saltimbocca comes from the fact that they are so good they will jump right into your mouth! Ingredients
6 slivers of veal
3 slices of Parma ham to divide in two (or 6 big slices)
6 fresh leaves of sage
2 spoons of butter
1 spoon of flower
1 little cup of white wine
Salt
Black pepper (optional)

Recipe

First of all, lay out the veal on a cutting board. On each slice of veil, pose a piece of Parma ham (this should have more or less the same dimension of the meat).
Add a leave of sage and link it to the meat and the Parma ham with a toothpick.
Once your slices are ready, put them in a dish with flower and flour them.
Take a big pan (enough to contain all your slices) and melt the butter. Once the butter is melt, add the slices.
Cook it on law heat for 40 about 40 seconds and add the white wine. Cook for 60 seconds and move the pan a little bit in order to spread the sauce. Add salt and pepper and put your slices in a dish.
Now, put 1 spoon of butter in the same pan. Cook it for few seconds and add the sauce to the slices.
