This sweet diet custard cream from egg yolks is very easy to cook.
The ingredients are:
1. 4 fresh egg yolks
2. 0,5 l semi skimmed milk to heat to about 80°C before adding to yolks whipped with cane sugar and flour
3. 50 g cane brown sugar
4. 2 spoons flour.
After milk is added to whipped yolks, the liquid has to be cooked upto 90°C and the custard cream is ready.
