This video highlights 7 ways to cook tasty chicken breasts!
All of my videos are edited by me (credit given to original content creators) using the editing programs Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop. I create an intro, add title pages, change the background, add music, start each recipe with the finished product to give the viewer an idea of what is being prepared and end each video with the ingredients, the calories associated with each ingredient and written instructions on how each meal is prepared to add educational value to my viewers. I also use professional voice artists to help create voice overs.

4 (4- to 5- oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
3 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated (about 6 tbsp), divided
4 provolone cheese slices
1/4 cup panko (Japanese-style breadcrumbs)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
– Italian Chicken Parmesan:
1 cup parmesan grated, divided
2 eggs, whisked
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning (thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
4 chicken breasts, thin
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices mozzarella
1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/3 cup mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
10 oz spaghetti (to serve with chicken)
– Greek Chicken Marinade:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 lemon juiced
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
– Teriyaki Chicken:
1 1/2 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless), or chicken thighs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup honey,
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar, apple cider or rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, optional
Optional serving ideas:
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 green onion, minced
Steamed rice

– Stuffed Chicken Marsala:
4 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 slices mozzarella cheese
1 12-ounce jar julienned sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
(if you can’t find them julienned you can buy sun dried tomato halves and thinly slice them yourself)
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Marsala Sauce:
1 1/2 cups marsala cooking wine (may sub chicken broth)
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Grated parmesan cheese and parsley or thyme for topping (optional)
– Pistachio Crusted Chicken:
3/4 cup shelled pistachios
¾ cup Italian seasoned Panko bread crumbs
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts or fillets (not too thick, about 5 oz. each)
3 tbsp. honey mustard
Cooking spray
– Bacon and Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken:
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 eggs
1 cup (108 g) seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 cup (50 g) parmesan cheese, finely grated
1 teaspoon (2.8 g) garlic powder
1/2 cup (62.5 g) all-purpose flour
Cream Cheese Mixture:
8 ounces (226.8) cream cheese
1 teaspoon (2.8 g) garlic powder
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup (112 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded
