Today I am sharing bruschetta recipe.This is Italian starter recipe .It is very simple appetizer.
generally in this recipe – most of the time using BALSAMIC VINEGAR but I am using the substitute of balsamic vinegar.

————————INGREDIENTS—————————————————————-
2 Roma tomatoes
salt as per your taste
basil leaves
oregano
dry besil leaves- optional
baguette or french bread or any bread loaf
pure virgin olive oil
substitute of balsamic vinegar- (2 tbsp apple cider vinegar+ 1 tsp honey or brown sugar)
parmesan cheese or any cheese
minced garlic
black pepper powder
———————————-PROCEDURE———————————————-
*First deseeds tomatoes and diced in to small cubes.
*add salt, minced garlic, fresh basil leaves , dry basil leaves , black pepper powder, olive oil , oregano,
balsamic vinegar substitue in tomatoes.
* mix well
*preheat oven at 400′ F.
*cut baguette diagonal and apply olive oil with garlic.
*top all slices with parmesan cheese.
* transfer all bread slices in baking tray
* bake this this slices for 5 mins in preheated oven till turn golden brown in color.
serve with tomato topping.

VEGAN PERMESAN CHHESE-
WE NEED 3 TBSP NUTRITIONAL YEAST
3/4 CUP CASHEWS
1/4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
3/4 TSP SEA SALT

ADD ALL INGREDIEANTS TO A FOOD PROCESSOR AND MIX/PULSE UNTIL A FINE MEAK IS ACHIEVED.STORE IN REFRIGERATOR TO KEEP FRESH.LAST SEVERAL WEEKS.
PARMESAN CHEESE IS READY
