In my desire to lose weight, and live a healthier lifestyle, I often try new foods in order to lower my blood pressure, and reduce migraines. Especially foods that are lower in sodium.
I have been eating food that were vegan for years, I just never knew it was classified as vegan, such as the pasta salad. After eating some of the healthier food options, I do feel better.
I am not going to convert to a vegan, but some of the recipes are good, and I might just spice them up by adding some meat.
