1/4 cup red wine vinegar (I used white vinegar)

Pinch cinnamon (optional if you dont like the taste)
3 cups ricotta cheese very dry- (drained)
1.5 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
