For me it’s the best stock recipe, so tasty and easy to prepare.

Ingredients for Stock:
-Beef Pulp :500 gr
-Steak of Beef :500 gr
-Hen : 300gr (half)
-Onion: 1 head
-Garlic: 1 head
-Carrot: 1
-Celery: 1 stalk
-Laurel: 3 leaves*
-Juniper berries: 5 berries*
-Star Anise: 2 stars*
*The herbs are an optional, if you do not like, you can avoid them. The Stock taste will be great as well ❤
