We didn’t become one of the Twin Cities favorite Italian restaurants by serving frozen food from the back of a truck. We hand-make our homemade sauces, pizza dough and pastas in-house. The proof is in our signature dishes and over-the-top pizzas. Food just tastes better when it’s hand-built from the dough to the oven.

The life of a Donatelli’s pizza begins in the mixer. Every day we hand mix, knead and toss each pie. From here, the pizza begins to develop character, as we add layer upon layer of handmade pizza sauce and delicious meats and veggies, cheese, and more cheese. Somehow, it all comes together in the oven. We don’t know how – it’s hot in there!
