I will be doing a series and a playlist to do cocktails out of the very famous Savoy Cocktail Book written by Harry Craddock in 1930 and the only book he ever did. Today is the Million Dollar Cocktail.
Ingredients:
– 1/2 Teaspoon of pineapple juice
– 1 Tablespoon of grenadine
– 20ml (2/3oz) Italian Vermouth
– 40ml (1.3oz) Plymouth Gin
– 1 egg white
How to make (Method):
1. Add all ingredients to the shaker
2. Dry shake for 10 seconds
3. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds hard as you can
4. Strain into a coupe glass
