6 Manicotti shells
5 tablespoons Ricotta cheese
Pinc of salt
Pinc of ground black pepper
50 gr Mushrooms
1 Egg
Tomatoes sous
Mozzarella cheese
Preparing:
First you needed boiling the Manicotti shells 5 min, in the mean time Ricotta cheese, Mushrooms, egg, a little bet of Mozzarella cheese, pinc of salt and black pepper mixed all together. After 5 min of boiling the Manicotti shells take out from the water. In a zip bag put the mixture, cut on a corner and start filling the Manicotti shells. On a dip of the pan put 3-4 tablespoons of tomatoes souse then place the Manicotti shells and add 4 tablespoons tomatoes sous, the procedure we finish with Mozzarella cheese on the top. Put the pan in preheated oven of 425F and bake 15 min. Enjoy!
