Meatball:
Chicken ka Qeema
(Chicken Mince) 300 gm
Zeera
(Cumin seed Roasted) ½ tsp
Lal Kutti Mirch
(Red Chili Flakes)- 1 tsp to Taste
Kali Mirch powder
(Black pepper) ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Namak
(Salt) ½ tsp To taste
Ajino moto
(Chinese Salt) ¼ tsp
Hari Mirch
(Green Chilli Chopped) – 1
Lemo ka chilka
(lemon peel Crushed) 1 pinch
Lehsan paste
(garlic paste) ½ tsp
Piyaz
(Onion) 1 – medium chopped
Hara Dhaniya
(Fresh coriander) – Chopped
Bread Crumbs 3 tbsp
Tel 4 tbsp
Oil
Sauce:
Lehsan paste
(Garlic paste) – 1 tsp
Tomato paste
(Tomatoes paste) – 1 Cup
Namak
(Salt) ½ tsp To taste
Kali Mirch powder
(Black pepper) ½ tsp
Lal Kutti Mirch
(Red Chili Flakes)- 1 tsp to Taste
Ketchup – 2 Tbsp

Directions:
Take Chicken Mince Add, Cumin seed, Red Chili Flakes, Black pepper, Chicken powder, Salt, Chinese Salt, Green Chilli,
lemon peel, garlic paste, Onion, Fresh coriander, Bread Crumbs, Mix Well.
Take mince mixture, make same size balls of 1 and ½ inch.
Shallow fry in 4 tbsp oil on low heat for 5-8 mins or until golden brown.
In Work, Add Garlic paste, Tomatoes paste, Salt, Black pepper, Red Chili Flakes, Ketchup mix well and cook until oil separates.
Add Meat Ball Cook 3 for 4 mins.
Meatballs with Sauce Serve with Rice and Chappati
