FOR FISH

Basa fish fillet
Salt- to taste
Black pepper – 1 tsf
Soya sauce-1/2 tsf
Lemon juice-2 tbs
Garlic- 6 cloves chopped
Ginger- one & half inch piece , grated
Spring onion- chopped 3/4 cup
Coriander stems or celery – chopped 2 tbs
Coriander green- 1/2 cop chopped
Paprika- 1 tsf
Chilli flakes-1 tsf
Olive oil- extra virgin ,4 tsf

HERBED POTATO

Potatoes-2 big size ,cut in wedges with skin
Mix herbs- 2tsf
Chilli flakes- 1 tsf
Salt- to taste
Garlic powder – 1 tbs
Black pepper- 3/4 tsf
Olive oil- extra virgin , 2tsf
Corn flour-2 tbs

SAUTED VEGETABLES :

Garlic – 2 cloves , finely chopped
French beans- 8,9 numbers
Mushrooms-7-8 in numbers
Carrot-2
Salt- to taste
Black pepper- 3/4 tsf freshly grounded
Olive oil- extra virgin ,1 tbs
Oregano- 1 tsf
Red chilli flakes- 1/2 tsf

Method

FOR FISH :
-Mix all the ingredients & marinate the fish fillet, keep it for 30 minutes in freezer
– Brush the sides of a griller with oil. Grill the fish for 5-6 minutes , take care to avoid over cooking.

POTATO WEDGES-
-Put all the ingredients in a zip pouch, mix it well & you can keep it in the freezer for 1 month to be used later on.
– At the time of cooking ,take out it from freezer & cook it in a sauce pan or in air fryer for 6-7 minutes at 160 degree centigrade temperature . If you want you can deep fry these wedges in the oil.

SAUTED VEGETABLES
– Put oil in a Pan , add garlic , sauté for 1-2 minutes
– Add vegetables one by one & sauté for few minutes , now add all the spices , sauté for a minutes

Assemble all the components in a plate & serve it .
