Tiramisu is a coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. Layered with lady fingers dipped in coffee liqueur and whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, mascaporne cheese and cream, dusting with cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS :
4 pcs eggs, yolk and white separated
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
250 grams mascaporne
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 tbsp espresso coffee dissolved in 1 1/4 cups hot water
2 tbsp kahlua/tia maria liqueur or rum
21 pcs lady fingers
cocoa for dusting
chopped dark chocolate ( optional )
