Ingredients
For a 7″ x 5″ square/rectangular dish,
Coffee Mix
*2tbsp strong instant coffee powder
*1 cup (250ml) water
*2 tbsp sugar (optional)
*12 (approx) finger biscuits or milk rusks.
Cream layer
*200gm chilled fresh cream/whipping cream
*250gm mascarpone cheese
*5-6 tbsp icing sugar
(or normal white sugar for whipping cream)
*1 tsp vanilla essence
*1 tbsp cocoa powder
