Today let’s learn to make some super tasty Focaccia, an Italian Bread. This is done with beautiful vegetable art on top. This Focaccia bread is filled with vegetables and mixed herbs.

►Ingredients
All Purpose Flour – 3 cups
Instant dry yeast – 2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Vegetables – 1 cup

►Method
1. Mix flour, yeast, and sugar.
2. Add salt water and mix in the flour.
3. Knead it for 5 – 10 minutes, then add some oil and knead again for 3 minutes.
4. Proof it for 1 – 2 hours.
5. Add some oil into a baking tray and place the dough and proof it again for 1 hour.
6. Add vegetables on top and bake it at 200 degrees celcius for 30 minutes.
