You’ve always wondered what this classic dish tastes like.. but have never tried it due to a lack of Halal options, or maybe its already your favorite, but quarantine’s got you wanting to make your own… whatever your situation, I’m here to teach you how to make thiccc, juicy, and spicy Italian sausage without any fancy kitchen equipment!

Ingredients:
– Beef casing (or any choice of meat)
– Ground chicken (or any choice of meat)
*PRO TIP: it cooks fast!*
– 1tbsp of each:

Salt (to taste)
Black pepper
Chili flakes
Chili powder

-2tbsp of each:

Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Onion powder
Fennel seeds — star of the dish!

-1cup of oil (of choice)

Other things you’ll need:

A spatula,
A piping bag
Scissors
Thick thread or butcher’s twine
