Recipe: Cheese Bell Pepper Pulav
Ingredients:
Butter – 1 Tsp
Oil – 1/2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic – 1 Tsp
Chopped Onion – 1/4 Bowl
Chopped Bell Pepper Red, Yellow, Green – 1/2 Bowl
Black Pepper – 1 Tsp (Crushed)
Tomato Puree – 1 Tsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 Tsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1/2 Tsp
Oregano – 1 Tsp
Salt – To taste
Grated Cheese – 1/4 Bowl
Cooked Basmati Rice – 1 Bowl
Process:
1. In a pan, add butter, oil, garlic, onion
2. Saute onion for a min
3. Add red, yellow and green bell peppers and mix well
4. Cover and cook for a min
5. Open the lid and add black pepper, tomato puree, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well
6. Add cheese and mix well
7. Add rice and mix well
8. Switch off the gas and open the lid
9. Take it out in a plate
10. Garnish with grated cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano
11. Cheese Bell Pepper Pulav is ready to serve
