Original recipe to prepare a delicious pasta with Pomodoro Sauce ( Italian Tomato Sauce with cheese). This video will show step by step way of preparing the recipe and will present two ways of presentation, Italian way and Indian way.

In Italian way of serving pasta , boiled pasta ( Al dente) is arranged in a plate or bowl and then topped with vegetables or cooked meat and sauce is poured over it and garnished with grated cheese, basil leaves and drizzled with olive oil.
In India the pasta, cooked vegetable and sauce is mixed together in the cooking pan and then served, garnished with grated cheese, basil leaves and drizzle of oil.

Al dente means let the pasta have a bite, pasta should not be boiled to make it too soft.
For cooking time read the time instruction given by each manufacturer only point to be noted that timing should be calculated from the time the water, after addition of pasta, begin to boil again.
In this video we prepared Macaroni, you can use fusilli, spaghetti or any other such past of your own choice.

Ingredients for Sauce

Butter 1 table spoon
Chopped garlic 6 cloves ( half tablespoon)
chopped onions 1 small ( half table spoon)
Tomato puree 200 ml ( a cup)
dry oregano 1/2 tea spoon
Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon
salt & Pepper to taste
Stock or water ( 100ml)
Chopped basil 1/2 teaspoon
Grated processed cheese 50 grams

Ingredients for pasta

pasta ( macaroni ) 250 grams
olive oil or vegetable oil 1 table spoon
chopped capsicum 1 table spoon
chopped bell peppers ( Red & yellow) 1 table spoon
cottage cheese cubes 1/2 cup
sliced button mushrooms 3-4 numbers
Sliced black olives 5
basil leaves 3-4
salt and pepper to taste
