Hallo semuanya, I’m sharing my Mother in Law Secret recipe, an idea for Holiday menu to share with love one.
Here are the ingredients:
600 grams beef roll
1/2 cup of flour
1 big of onion
2 medium carrots
2 celery stalks
3 of bay leafs
Rosemary (optional)
1 Glass of red wine
Olives oil
Salt
Black pepper (optional)
Ps: the recipe above is for two person, if you are serving for 3 or 4 peoples please double the recipe.
