Hi Friends, this is brand new recipe that is quick and simple on how to make a Dirty Carbonara. It is cost effective, and something that can be made for your love ones and remember any ingredients can be used or substituted.

So instead of bacon you can use meat balls/Italian cured meat, or high quality cheese instead of cream cheese. But for this method and we are gonna stick to the Dirty Carbonara. Remember do not let anything bound your imagination.

Ingredients Needed:
Eggs-2 Eggs per person.
Garlic-1-2 Table spoon or to your preference. Garlic is not needed but gives it an extra level of taste and aroma.
Bacon-Your preference. Remember you can use Italian cured meat to.
Spaghetti- 3-4 Servings can be good for a family. Linguini and Fettuccini can be used as well.
Cream Cheese- Half a Stick or to your preference. Substitute for Parmesan Cheese.
Salt – 1-4 table spoon of Salt or to your preference.

Instructions:
Boil the Spaghetti and heavily salt it. Whisk the eggs and half a cream cheese. You can microwave the cream cheese to make it easier. Fry the bacon and once cook add in the garlic. Easier if garlic is minced. Once the bacon and pasta is fully cooked, turn off the stove and placed the cooked spaghetti quickly to the bacon and mix well. Let it cool as you mix and pour some of the water from the pot into the bacon and spaghetti.
Once the bacon and spaghetti is slightly cooled and mixed well quickly add the whisked egg and cream cheese. Then keep stirring and ready to serve.
