Beetroot Sauce Spaghetti | Indo-Italian Recipe [ Home made]

Beetroot is rich in nutrient and can increase the blood flow that’s why it is even in the colour of blood!😁😀

If you can combine beetroot to make an amazing pasta sauce, it not only fulfils your taste buds as well as increase your red blood cells and promotes good health!🤗🙂

Ingredients
Beetroot – 1
Sphagetti – 1 cup
Garlic cloves – 2/3
Olive oil – 2 Tbspoon
Italian seasonings – Oregano , chilli flakes
Cheese – 1 slice
Garam masala – 1 tbspoon
Pepper powder – 1 tbspoon
Salt – as per reqd
Water – 1/2 cups
Red chillies – 4/5
Lemon – 1

Recipe –
Step 1 – Boil Sphagetti with oil , salt and water
Step 2- Boil beetroot in hot water , cool it , drain it, blend it with garlic ,
olive oil pepper and salt , red chilles , garam masala & lemon juice
Step 3 – Once the sphagetti is done and drained,
mix the beetroot sauce with the spaghetti and leftover
starch water.
Step 4 – Add Italian seasonings and chilli flakes
and serve it with garlic bread!
