A typical autumn appetizer is Ham, Figs and Buffalo Mozzarella paired with a glass of prosecco.
I love the flavor of figs with ham, why not combine these 2 flavors to create a new recipe?

The first taste doesn’t impress me, the taste is good, but it’s just a saltimbocca with a fig 🙁
