Traditional Italian Amaretti Biscuit Recipe

These traditional Italian amaretti biscuits will have you coming back for more. When we went to Italy, we tried real Italian coffee and it came with one of these yummy biscuits. Since, we have been inspired to make them ourself. This recipe is easy to follow, and will give you a real taste of Italy, enjoy, prego!

INGREDIENTS
Butter (for greasing)
Caster sugar (350g)
Medium egg whites (4)
Ground almond (350g)
Amaretto liquor (30ml)
