Ciao this is Lucrezia, I am very excited to share my Grandmum’s recipes with you, live from my kitchen in Italy. We will make homemade pasta from scratch as well as a sauce using old techniques and you will listen to LIVE OPERA PERFORMANCE by an Opera singer.
We make HANDMADE PASTA, you don’t need a pasta maker and you can substitute also with GLUTEN-FREE FLOUR.

– Every day CAVATELLI PASTA – ideal also for Vegans and Gluten free (homemade pasta from South Italy) and I will explain to you how to make Pici pasta from Tuscany.
– Tuesday – Eggplant Parmigiana
– Ravioli with Butternut squash or TORTELLINI MEAT or TAGLIATELLE on request
