Sylvie makes these around this time of year and they are one of my favorites so I thought I would share.
Wonton Sausage Appetizers
3 lbs of Italian sausage (casing removed)
1 red and green pepper (chopped)
1 cup ranch dressing
3 cups of grated cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Spray your mini muffin tins with Pam
Line with wonton wraps.
Bake for approx 7mins.
In a fry pan brown your sausage.
Add in your chopped peppers and cook till peppers are soft.
Add ranch dressing and mix.
Add grated cheese until melted and mix well.
Fill each cup with mixture.
Appetizers can be frozen for a later date or enjoyed once cooled.
