This quick and easy , simple and fuss-free creamy mushroom white sauce pasta can be made in less than 30 mins .
Servings: 7
Preparation time: 35mins
Boiled pasta:
Pasta Fusilli – 500gms
water – 5litres
Oil – 2tbsp
salt as per taste
Sautéd vegetables:
Mushrooms – 200gms
Capsicum- 3 large
Garlic – 6pods
Coriander- 1/2 cup
Butter- 3tbsp
seasoning mix – Chilli flakes + oregano
Salt as per taste
White sauce pasta :
Whole milk – 1/2litre
Butter- 113gms
All purpose flour/maida/wheat flour – 2 tbsp
seasoning mix – Chilli flakes+ oregano
