A short Video .Simple Ricotta Cheese Cake Recipe . A fun recipe for the whole family. Kids will love it!! Ingredients: 32 oz whole milk ricotta, 3 large whole eggs(room temperature), 3 heaping tablespoons of super fine sugar, a teaspoon of orange zest. Pre heat oven at 350 .. Add eggs in mixer medium to high speed for 4 minutes , lower the speed to a slow mix and add in ricotta carefully , sugar, orange zest till it’s fluffy , ( about 3 minutes ). Butter and coat spring form then add bread crumbs just to coat the buttered pan . Add in cheese cake mixture. Make sure oven is preheated to 350 degrees. Place cake mixture in oven (every oven cooks different) for 45 – 60 minutes lower to 325 cook cover mixture with foil till golden for another 20 -30 minutes. Cool down by placing on perforated rack 1 hour .Serve and topped it with powered sugar . Good job you just made the simplest and most delicious ricotta cheese cake!
