BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT IN ABU DHABI (IL FORNO).
Before our visit, we read that Il Forno has the best Italian food in town and we couldn’t agree more! Their pastas are so good!!! Farfalle saffron is our favorite!!!!
We tried:
Arancini Ai Formaggi: 3*. This is cheese coated with rice and bread crumbs then deep fried until crispy. We did not like the rice and cheese combination.
Pizza Di Volomari: 3*. This is a spicy mixed sea food pizza but not spicy at all. If you are a seafood lover, you might like this one.
Primavera Pizza: 4.5*. Veggie pizza. Very well done, thin crust. We loved the artichokes and broccoli.
Lasagna Di Pollo: 5*. For all cheese lovers, this one is for you!!! Delicious, filling and rich!!!
Farfalle Saffron: 5*. This is the hero of the show! The perfect pasta. Perfectly creamy. Perfectly smoked sausages. We loved every bite of this!
Chocolate mousse: 4*. It is a huge cup and can be shared by 3-4 people! It’s delicious and creamy. Its a bit too sweet, otherwise perfect.
Strawberry lemonade and pineapple juice: 5*. After all that heavy carbs, the drinks were very refreshing.
Great service and staff.
You guys should visit the best Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi (Il Forno).
