Ingredints:

Butter 250g

Sugar 60g

Milk 125ml

Water 125g

Flour 500g

Yeast 8g

Salt 10g

Direction:
First of all mix Flour and Sugar in Stand Mixer bowl then mix Water and Milk with Yeast in a small bowl and mix it till dissolve completely. Then add it in Stand Mixer bowl and mix it in slow speed. When dough become stable add salt in it and knead it with hand for 7 to 8 minutes. Keep it in fridge for whole night. The next morning take dough out from fridge and fill butter in it knead it and fold it thrice then keep it in fridge for 30 minutes then after 30 minutes take dough out from fridge knead it again and fold it thrice then keep it in fridge for 30 minutes then third time after 30 minutes take dough out from fridge knead it again and fold it thrice then keep it in fridge for 30 minutes. Then take out and knead it for making Croissant and cut it in triangular shape then roll it in Croissant shape. At this point let them rise at room temperature for 3 hour until they become double in size and apply basic egg wash and bake them 7 minutes at 200 then again bake it on 180 for 13 to 15 minutes and serve.
