Ingredients:
500g pasta of your choice
2tbsp olive oil
2 large cloves garlic
1tsp dried oregano
1tsp dried basilic
2tsp tomato puree
400g chopped tomatoes ( one can)
Canned tuna in ( drained and broken into chunks)
salt and pepper
Instructions:
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Stir in the oregano, basilic, the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree.
Bring the sauce to boil and reduce heat. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Stir the tuna into the sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes,
Drain the paste and add it to the saucepan.
