I am not going to lie, the first time we started making this pasta, I thought to myself, ugh, this looks so bland. But, when I took my first bite, my eyes rolled to the back of my head. This easy pasta recipe is phenomenal and our new favorite!

It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to create, and it has an elegant, fancy Italian restaurant taste. Eating this, paired with a glass of fancy red wine, and playing Italian music in the background, will make you feel like you are in Italy.

*The most essential part of this dish—that rounds and elevates the flavor—is using high-quality extra virgin olive oil and fresh parmesan cheese.
