All you need is:
APPLES (Any kind will work. My favorite are Granny Smith Apples)
SUGAR (It all gets eaten up in the process so don’t worry!)
WATER
& PATIENCE…
A bit of cheesecloth or a coffee filter to throw over the top is a good idea, too. This is such a great recipe to know from the past, for the future!
