: ITALIAN STYLE SCRAMBLED PANEER RECIPE

Ingredients:
– 250gm paneer/cottage cheese,
– 2 tablespoon olive oil,
– 50gm butter,
– 25 garlic cloves,
– 3 hot green chillies,
– 6 medium size tomatoes,
– 15-20 Italian basil leaves,
– Italian parsley,
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder,
– 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder,
– 1 teaspoon sea/pink salt,
– Red chilli flakes
– 100gm Cheese.

WE CAN USE EGG OR ANY MEAT INSTEAD OF PANEER.
