In this second last episode of the season, it’s time to introduce Convivio Food Devotion, Salvo’s pizzeria in Modica, Sicily… FINALLY!
What’s special about the pizzas at Convivio restaurant?
In one word, it’s the simplicity… but done very well. Convivio uses local organic Sicilian ingredients which includes Sicilian flour, local vegetables, meat, local cheese and tomatoes. Simple, right?
Pizzaโs one of the easiest things to make in a kitchen but wow, the Convivio pizzas blew us awayโฆ EVERY SINGLE TIME we ate their pizzas and let me tell you, we ate there a lot!
Be warned, youโre gonna get pizza envy watching this one!

Think handmade cheese, mozzarella, ricotta, caciocavallo, dark chocolate made from ancient Aztec recipe, house bread, homemade bread and more.
All done via word of mouth with Tak filming and Salvo translating. Bit rough around the edges but tasty as!
