Who doesn’t love tiramisù, especially when it’s so easy to make?

This Sunday, we are making a Tiramisù with only 6 ingredients. This is the most classic Tiramisù recipe: no cream needed, just eggs and mascarpone. We can assure you, you won’t stop making it and everyone will fall in love with this recipe.

Ingredients:

– 300 gr savoiardi (ladyfingers)
– 500 gr mascarpone
– 100 gr sugar
– 4 medium sized eggs
– 300 ml espresso coffee (with 2 Tbs of sugar)
– Cacao powder

Procedure:
1. Separate the yolks from the white. Whisk the white with half of the sugar until it becomes a very thick and white foam
2. Whisk the yolks with the other half of the sugar until the sugar melts and your cream has a pale yellow colour
3. Add the mascarpone to the yolks cream and whisk again till you obtain a homogeneous cream
4. Add the white foam to the mascarpone cream and mix them together with a spatula in circular movements from the bottom to the top
5. Soak the savoiardi in the coffee for less than one second, and place the first layer in your baking tray
6. Add a very generous layer of cream
7. Place the second layer of savoiardi
8. Add the last layer of cream
9. Sprinkle cacao powder on top
10. Refrigerate over night or for at least 6 hours
11. Serve cold ❤️

If you soak the savoiardi for too long you might need more coffee.

In this video we also prepared a second version of tiramisù, made with classic milk biscuits. The procedure is exactly the same but the taste is incredibly different.
