Today’s recipe is for those viewers who have diabetes and so aren’t allowed to eat every food. However, anyone can enjoy this chutney I have put together. Do note (I have said this in the disclaimer) that this is not in any way a medicine/treatment for diabetes, and to prepare this food on your doctor’s recommendations.
If you don’t like coconut milk, you can use yoghurt. Coconut milk is a good alternative for those who cannot eat yoghurt, and that is why I have shown this recipe using coconut milk.
This chutney is amazing both alone with chappattis or as a dip for kebabs, rice…for everything!
