I went to the city of Escondido, California to visit a unique pizzeria. Pinsarella is a take-out shop and store. They make fresh mozzarella as well as, fresh pinsa dough using an ancient Roman recipe. I love their Roman style pizza and highly recommend it!
During this visit, Michele and I couldn’t help but sign and dance. An artist who signs in both Italian & Spanish languages was on the radio and we definitely had a moment.
