1 pkt. Dry Yeast (2 ¼ tsp.)
1 tbsp Sugar
2 cups Warm Water (100-110 F.)
14 oz. 00 Italian Bread Flour or AP Flour (about 3 1/3 cups AP Flour = 14 oz.)
Non stick spray
1 tsp. Salt
1 ½ c Grated Parmesan
32 – 40 slices of Pepperoni (About 8 -10 slices each pizza)
1 c Tomato Sauce (Your choice)
