Mushrooms and minced meat gratin is simple to make. I explain you how to do it with lots of aromatic herbs.
In this video we also compare the outcome of the same recipe with homemade minced meat and breadcrumbs, and store-bought minced meat and breadcrumbs.
I prefer grinding meat myself so that I can choose the best cuts of beef and pork. Also since I regularly bake bread at home I use my homemade bread to make breadcrumbs. This is the best way not to throw away leftovers of bread.
