-3 eggs
-180 grams/6.4 oz sugar
-120 ml/ 4.2 oz vegetable oil
-35 grams/ 1.2 oz cocoa powder
-90 ml/ 3.2 oz fresh whole milk
-380 grama/ 13.4 oz plain white flour
-tsp baking powder
-250 grams / 8.8 oz ricotta cheese + 100 grams chocolate chips +teaspoon of cinnamon
Cook at 175’C or 347’F for 45 min
