Dough:

1/2 tsp dry yeast
1/4 cup sugar +1 tbsp
1/8 cup butter (30g)
1 egg
About 3 cups flour +1 tbsp
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Vanilla cluster cream:
1 cup heavy whipped cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp corn starch
Chocolate cluster cream:
1 cup heavy whipped cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp con starch
1/2 cup chocolate chip
*You can subscribe heavy whipped cream in filling for milk but cream won’t be as thick.
*Corn starch can be substituted for flour in cream but taste will be slightly different.
