This was absolutely delicious and I hope you try making it yourself! I had a fantastic time in Italy and this was a fabulous dinner.

Ingredients:
150g of clams per person
80g spaghetti per person
1 garlic clove per person
A handful of parsley
1/2 a tablespoon of olive oil per person
Boil the garlic in the olive oil before adding the spaghetti.
Add the tomatoes and some water to the clam and squid sauce.
Do not put Parmesan on the vongole as the two tastes do not go together.
