INGREDIENTS USED:
4 cups vegetable broth
28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
2 15 oz cans of beans (i used great northern & cannellini)
1 cup of noodles of your choice (don’t be me and add an entire box – unless you like being a f*ck up)
3 cloves garlic
2 stalks of celery
1-2 carrots (i used a shit ton of baby carrots)
1 yellow onion
2 cups of spinach or kale
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
juice of a lemon
salt & pepper to taste
EQUIPMENT USED:
broken can opener(s)
soup pot
