Recipe with Ingredients
For Pasta
Macronies 200 grams
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oil
Put in water and boil then put macronies and boil and strain and put in over. Proof dish
For chicken and Sauce
2 tbsp oil
Chicken boneless 300 gram
1 tsp garlic paste
1.5 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp heaped white flour
First put oil and saute garlic in it
Then put chicken and fry untile it turns white. Then add salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes then put white flour and cook it for a minute
Then add half cup cream 1 cup milk and half cup Mix it untile sauce thickens. Add 1 tsp soya sauce and 1 tbsp hot n chilli sauce.
ASSEMBLING
When sauce comes in pouring consistency then dish it out at top of macronies.
set in wok then at top pur jalapeño.
put 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup shredded mozrella cheese.
then sprinkle oregano at top and bake for 15 minutes.

60 to 90 gm chicken
1tsp white flour
1 fourth tsp oil
1 cup cooked pasta
