Hi, everyone !
This time, we’ve got a special recipe from zio (uncle) Beppi from Italy!
This recipe with fresh herbs which you can get easily from garden will be a great idea for special dinner. In Northern Italy, rabbit meat is normally served with polenta.

Ingredients (For 1 Rabbit meat)

To Marinade (overnight in the fridge)
1 Rabbit meat
Dry white wine (little bit)
Vinegar (little bit)
Fresh parsley (little bit)
1 Fresh celery
1 Fresh rosemary
3-4 Fresh sage
1 Lemon
2- 3 Dried bay leaves
water

For Cooking (For 2 hours)
Vegetable oil
Chicken stock (1 cube stock)
4-5 Garlic cloves
1 Fresh celery
1 Fresh rosemary
6-8 Fresh Sage
1 Carrot
2-3 Shallot
Salt/Pepper
Dry white wine (little bit)
Water
3 Tbsp Potato starch (to make gravy sauce)
