Hi guys! Enjoy this easy and very simple Italian pie/ Crostata recipe often made at home. Always got a big thumbs up with my friends and Italian family every time I served this as our sweets/Dolce. Crust is very light and soft. You can use also a Gluten free flour as substitute if you are a Gluten free intolerant…. Sure you’ll love this!

Crostata/ Italian Pie/tart
Crust:
* 3 cups all Purpose flour
* 2 medium size eggs
*180 g butter softened ( room temp)
*1 tbsp baking powder
* 3/4 c sugar

Filling:
Fresh fruits:  *2 thinly sliced apples  (Pears, berries etc.)
*1 lemon
*2 tbsp brown/muscuvado sugar (You can include also the remaining juice of freshly soaked fruits)

Or For easy filling: Best also with any Flavored of Store bought Jam. Just spread evenly on top . 😋
