Steak Pizziola
1. Season Steaks with Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Pepper, on all sides.
2. Pan Sear Medallions in a cast iron pan- until golden brown. (approx 2 mins per side). Transfer to plate, and reserve oil.
3. Place mushrooms, butter into the cast iron and season until softened.
4. Reduce to medium heat, add onion, peppers,and minced chili peppers, cook and stir, until softened.
5. Add White wine until reduced.
6. Stir in sliced garlic, cook for 1 minute.
7. Add in sweet cherry tomato into the mixture until softened 3-4 minutes.
8. Add Balsamic Vinegar, EPICURE Italian Seasoning- Stir until combined. Adjust Seasonings to your taste.
9. Place Steaks back into the Cast Iron Pan along with your mixture, until Steaks are cooked to your liking.
