Chilli Garlic Pasta, Indian Street Style
INGREDIENTS
Servings – 1-2
2 cups Pasta
Dry red chilli – 4-6
Water – 60 milliliters
Garlic cloves – 6
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 50 milliliters
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Onions and Capsicum -Chopped
Salt – As per required for pasta
Pasta Mix – 1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Tomato Puree – 50 ML
PREPARATION FOR CHILLI GARLIC PASTE :
1. In a bowl, add 4 -6 dry red chilli, 60 milliliters water and soak for 2 hours.
2. In a blender, add the soaked dry red chili, 6 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 50 millilitres water and blend it into a paste.
3. Add Chilli Garlic paste With Tomato Puree and Mix Well.
