INGREDIENTS:
Water 1 liters (for boiling pasta)
2 Tsp Oil
½ Tsp Butter
¼ Tsp Ginger Chili Paste
2 Onion
1 Capsicum
Salt (Added as require)
½ Tsp Red chili powder
½ Tsp Chili Flakes
½ Tsp Oregano
1 & ½ Tsp Mayonnaise
Macaroni pasta
Grated cheese
2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Masala pasta recipe | Indian style pasta | Indian pasta recipes |Red sauce pasta with step by step method are describe in briefly. This recipe is easy to make pasta at home.
You can bring 2 liters water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt as needed. When Water Comes to a boil, add Pasta. Cook Until they are boil. Drain off the water once pasta turns al dente. keep aside.
Now in a large kadai heat 2 tsp Oil and 1/2 Butter. Saute Capsicum and onions till they turn soft. Now add salt as per the taste and add 1/2 tsp red chili powder,1/2 Chili Flakes & Oregano. Saute till the spices gets cooked completely.
Now add 1 1/2 Tsp mayonnaise and add in cooked pasta and mix gently. Add Grated cheese and add 2 Tsp Tomato Ketchup and mix well till the sauce gets coated well on Pasta.
Finally, serve red sauce indian style pasta with hot topped cheese (If required).
