Lasagne are a type of wide, flat pasta, possibly one of the oldest type of pasta. Lasagne, or the singular form “Lasagna”, is an Italian dish made of stacked layers of thin flat pasta alternating with fillings such as Ragu and other vegetables, cheese, seasonings and spices such as oregano, parsley, basil. Ingredients:

1. Ragu sauce(Beef Ragu/Bolognese Sauce):
Olive Oil – 3 tablespoon
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves
Carrot – 1
Salt – To taste
Minced Beef – 750gms
Dried Oregano – 2 tablespoon
Dried Basil – 2tsp
Ground Pepper – 2tsp
Chopped Tomatoes – 2 tins
Water – 500ml

2.White Sauce(Bechamel Sauce):
Butter – 50gms
All Purpose Flour(Maida) – 4 tablespoon
Milk – 3cup
Salt – to taste
Ground Pepper – 1/2tsp
Cheddar Cheese – As required
Nutmeg Powder – 1/2tsp

3.Assembling:
Lasagne sheets
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
All the above ingredients should be taken according to the requirement as per your taste.
